Chanel Jumbo Classique/Classic Single Flap Caviar Leather Black -RARE-

This timeless Chanel Single Flap has been worn only a handful of times. 

Silver-toned hardware, with black pebbled caviar leather. 

The Caviar leather is considered to be more durable and hardwearing than the softer Chanel lambskin leather.

The long strap means that, unlike the smaller Chanel Medium Flap Bag, this bag can be worn crossbody. 

Single flap bags were discontinued in 2014 and all Classic Flap and 2.55 bags are now double flaps. 

Single flap bags are typically lighter than the double flap version and as a result, much sought after. 

Featuring the iconic CC turn-lock which was designed by Karl Lagerfeld in the 1980s. 

Mona Lisa smile pocket to the rear of the bag for keeping small essentials.

The bag retains the original shape, strong and shiny caviar leather. 

No wear/scuffing to the corners which is very unusual for a bag of this age.

Some very light marks to the front of the bag, but otherwise the bag is in very good pre-loved gently used condition. 

One minor stain to the interior -which is shown in photos. 

The bag could benefit from a bag shaper to give it more structure.
